David Kennedy serves as a Web Applications Developer and System Administrator for iRT. He received a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At iRT, David is responsible for creating and maintaining data management systems for gathering and reporting on assessments as well as implementation of iRT's e-learning programs. David has over 10 years of experience in software development, including: Database Development using SQL Server, Oracle, and MS Access; Application Development using Visual Basic 6.0 and Visual Basic .Net; and Web Development using HTML, JavaScript, Flash, ASP, and ASP.Net.
